Use the form below to submit an abstract for consideration at the November, 2008, technical meeting of The Society of Sensory Professionals. All fields must be filled in. Omitted fields will result in a refused submission.
Please note that all oral and poster presentations will be made available online sometime after the conference to SSP members only. Please only submit abstracts for material that you are able to supply the society with a copy of your talk (PDF, Powerpoint or Word/RTF versions are all acceptable).
The authors should be listed with initials and last name. You must separately supply the name of the presenter and the name of the contact author regardless of whether this is the same person. If authors have different affiliation, number the affiliations as (1), (2), etc., and place the appropriate affiliation number next to each author's name, e.g., (1) J. Smith, (2) J. Doe.
A valid contact email address is extremely important. The email address will used for all future communications about your abstract. In addition, the address that is supplied will be sent a copy of the submission as a confirmation that it was received. If this email isn't received, then there was a problem with the submission.
At the end of the form, please select whether you want to do an oral presentation, a poster, or that either format is acceptable. If you are submitting an oral talk, please also select the session (see Call for Papers for additional details). When you are satisfied with all of your entries, click on the submit button once. Your submission will be checked and then a confirmation page will display.
