How do I register to attend the Society of Sensory Professionals Meeting?
The registration for SSP will begin in April 2008. The registration form will be available on the website. You will need to complete the registration form in full and send it back by fax or regular mail. Your registration will be processed and confirmation documents will be sent to you.

Please register for SSP as soon as you know that you can attend. There is limited space and we do expect this conference to become fully booked. However, if you are not certain you can attend or do not have funding, please do not register.
Back to the topI am not sure if I attend SSP. Can I register now and then cancel later?
If you are unsure that you can attend, please do not register at this stage. Cancellation terms and conditions will apply to your registration once you submit your signed registration form. The SSP organizers incur prepaid costs for each place booked and you will be charged a cancellation fee. And, if you register, and the conference becomes fully booked, you prevent someone else from attending.

You must pay 100% of your registration fee prior to the start of the conference.

Information on submission deadlines and guidelines are detailed in the Call for Papers. All abstracts must be submitted using the website abstract submissions form.
